Lawyers: Reply to Board Letter November 1, 2002 Mr. J. Scott Davis RE: GCF#02-177 Dear Mr. Davis: In regard to your letter concerning Julian Sweet, dated October 31, 2002, I do not understand your reference to Mr. Marjerison. How could Marjerison "appearing as substitute counsel for Mr. Doyle" represent me while he was employed by the DeTroy law firm and representing the DeTroy firm's client Acadia Insurance?
