State of Maine v. Michael A. Doyle
Lawyers: Objection to King May 15, 2002 Jaye M. Trimm, Sec. Via: Fax RE: Dispute #02-20-G/ Doyle v. Dyer Please be advised that I object to Mr. King. I have a pending complaint against Peter DeTroy of his firm. I request that all members of this panel and the VanDyke panel disclose any personal or business relationship they now have or have had in the past with the following lawyers: Peter DeTroy, Ralph Dyer, Richard Berne, David VanDyke, Steve Diamond, and Amy Homans. The disclosure of relationships should include but not be limited to members of their respective firms. For example if a member of Friedman, Gaythwaite, Wolf & Leavitt is playing basketball with Ben DeTroy or any other member of Peter DeTroy's family that should be disclosed to me. In addition I believe that Ms. Gaythwaite chaired the panel that ruled against me and in favor of Richard Berne.
