December 30, 2008 Hon. Paul Fritzsche Dear Judge Fritzsche: I received the enclosed letter on the 20th of this month. As you can see the letter purports to be from Peter DeTroy to Ralph Dyer discussing the above captioned case. It challenges several persons integrity not the least of which is yours. I'm sure you would understand that I didn't agree with your decision to deny my Post Review Motion. Specifically, your opinion as to its application to Van Dyke's conflict of interest and his bravado to prepare a defense in one night for a felony trial. Having said that, I was always hoping that I would be treated fairly by you. As a reminder, while I was in prison you ruled on a motion and noted that I should file for a Post Conviction Review, which I subsequently did. I am shocked by the contents of this letter and submit it to you for whatever you believe is the proper disposition of it. Sincerely, Michael Doyle |
